Your work and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the prompts, uploads, code, games, and public metadata you submit. Only publish or remix material you are permitted to use. GameFoundry does not provide a legal clearance opinion for user or generated content.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to distribute malware or evade security controls.
• Do not publish illegal, exploitative, hateful, or deliberately deceptive content.
• Do not probe private projects, credentials, accounts, or infrastructure you do not own.
• Do not manipulate qualified-play, reaction, remix, or report systems.

AI output and availability

AI and deterministic generation can make mistakes. Review and test a game before publishing it. Builds, providers, integrations, and public deployments may fail or change; the product reports those states honestly and does not promise uninterrupted availability.

Plans and limits

Project, generation, function, and storage limits depend on the active plan and are enforced by the service. The studio surfaces current usage and blocks work that would exceed a limit.

Moderation

GameFoundry may hide or remove public content, disable remixing, or restrict an account when necessary to enforce these rules, protect people, or maintain service integrity. Reports are signals for review, not automatic findings of wrongdoing.
